When we mention "our platform," we're referring to the review services hosted at reviewscaribbean.com, including any subdomains, subdirectories, related websites, or mobile apps operated by us.

You and Reviews Caribbean: "You" refers to the person using our platform. "Reviews Caribbean," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Pineapple Connect LLC, with whom you are contracting under these terms.

Third-party Products and Services: Our platform may feature or link to third-party technologies, products, or services. We do not endorse or guarantee these third-party offerings and are not responsible for their compatibility with your setup.

User Account: To leave reviews, comment, like, or flag content, you need a user account. You may only create one personal account, which must not be transferred to others. You can sign up using your Facebook, Google account, or email address. Upon creating an account, you will choose a username that will be publicly displayed. Ensure that your username is appropriate and does not infringe on the rights of others. Your username allows you to be identified by others. Remember that if you use your real name as your username, this could reveal your identity.

Your username must not contain: (1) anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or illegal; (2) the terms “Guest”, “Admin”, “.dk” or “.com” etc.; and (3) characteristics belonging to someone else or a third party, such as the name of someone other than you.

• Avoid using our platform for marketing purposes or to develop competing services.

Reviewer Guidelines and Policies: When utilizing our platform, it is imperative to adhere to our Reviewer Guidelines and policies. We reserve the right to modify and update these guidelines and policies at any time, without prior notice. Any revisions automatically apply to you upon implementation, requiring no further action or affirmation on your part.

Our Intellectual Property: We maintain ownership of all elements on our platform, except for content owned by third parties, such as the reviews featured. This ownership encompasses all rights related to the design, compilation, and overall appearance of our platform, including logos, graphics, and trademarks (referred to as 'our brand'). You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of our platform content or brand in any manner not explicitly permitted by us. This prohibition extends to the use of our brand or any other platform content, including review scores and reviews submitted by users, unless expressly authorized by Reviews Caribbean.

Your Content: You are the owner and sole responsible party for any user-generated content you submit or transmit through our platform. By doing so, you assure us that you possess all required permissions to create and utilize such user-generated content. Unless we remove your user-generated content due to a violation of our Reviewer Guidelines, or you choose to delete it yourself, your content will remain publicly displayed on our platform and may also appear on third-party services and networks, such as Google, for an indefinite period.

Reviews Caribbean’s Right to Use Your User Generated Content: By creating, submitting, posting, or displaying user-generated content on our platform, you grant us a license to utilize, modify, publish, and showcase such content worldwide, without any restrictions or obligations for compensation to you. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this license permits us to share your user-generated content with other entities, including our customers, for various purposes such as syndication, distribution, promotion, or publication. Additionally, you authorize us to take legal action for copyright infringement against any individual or entity that uses your user-generated content without prior consent from you and/or Reviews Caribbean, in compliance with applicable laws.

Feedback: We welcome feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback, you allow us to use it indefinitely without restriction or compensation.
